1) The company will try its utmost to get you to your destination on time. But we cannot be held responsible for road or weather conditions.

2) We reserve the right to change types of vehicles used.

3) All fares are based on shared travel. If you require exclusive use of the vehicle please contact us for a quote.

4) If your plane is delayed by more than 2 hours after your agreed meeting time. You will be asked to pay parking fee plus £5.00 per hour.

5) If you have given the wrong return date on your form and you have not informed the company and we have to send another car the following day you will be asked to pay half of your full price.

6) If your arrival date is different from original booking due to circumstances beyond your control then we may not be able to pick you up due to other commitments. But we will try our utmost. Please inform Vip Cars immediately of delay.

7) If your plane arrives early we will try to be there but sometimes other commitments will make this impossible. But we will be there for your original pick up time.

8) If paying by credit card or Paypal there will be a 2.5% charge to cover costs.

9) All of our vehicles are non smoking plus no hot takeaways or alcohol to be consumed in vehicles. Other food and drinks are O.K.

10) On meeting your driver please do not keep them waiting unnecessary due to car park charges. Or you may be asked to pay the excess.

11) We reserve the right to use drivers or companies other than our own to complete your booking.
